KAPP NILES KX100 gear grinding machine

KAPP NILES KX100 gear grinding machine
The KAPP KX 100 DYNAMIC machine from Germany is a specially developed and produced machine with a multi-spindle structure, based on the existing KX160TWIN model.

This model features innovative technology and has been patented. Its design reduces the consumption of non-production time during the processing process and can shorten the adjustment time required for equipment changeover.

The built-in loading function and the optional automatic workpiece clamping and changing system of the 100DYNAMIC machine make it the optimal solution for high-volume production and general batch production of external, spur, and helical gears.

The process utilized in the machining process is entirely based on continuous rolling grinding using a dressable grinding wheel.
If a detection system is chosen, it can also detect and evaluate the characteristics of all gear meshing.
The main advantage of the machine design scheme is that it fully integrates automation functions into the application of the machine.

An ordinary lathe and grinding machine can be combined with the KX100 DYNAMIC machine to form a WEISSER-KAPP MultiCELL machine tool. This allows for the complete hardening process of gears to be carried out in the same machining center, maximizing productivity and utilizing production space to the fullest extent.
