German KAPP KX500 gear grinding machine

The German KAPP KX500 FLEX gear grinding machine is designed to efficiently and cost-effectively handle various grinding tasks, accommodating the processing of gears of different sizes. It is not only suitable for the processing of individual parts, but also for mass production, achieving a high level of quality.

This series of products can be used with the following tools. The correctable grinding wheel can meet the flexibility required for sample processing, as well as medium and large batch grinding.
Tools that do not require correction are suitable for high-volume, rapid processing of gears in batches and large quantities.

The measuring device as an option can measure gears ground on the gear grinding machine. Various loading systems can be selected according to different task requirements.
