As an important step in the park's efforts to build a pilot demonstration for the new energy equipment industry and develop a hundred-billion-yuan industrial park, the wind turbine part of the Yuanjing Damaoqi Intelligent Wind Turbine and Gearbox Composite Factory entered the equipment commissioning and trial production phase on December 26, achieving the established goal.

　　"This year, municipal and banner leaders have conducted multiple investigations on the Yuanjing project, helping to resolve issues and difficulties for the project's advancement. Under the premise of ensuring safety and quality, we overcame the impact of severe weather conditions such as severe cold and strong winds, formulated and implemented a winter construction plan, achieved the goal of trial production by the end of the year, and resolutely fulfilled our commitments," said the person in charge of the Yuanjing project. Upon completion, the project will achieve an annual production capacity of 5GW for main engines and 800 gearboxes, with an average annual output value of 1.5 billion yuan.

The Yuanjing Damao Banner Intelligent Wind Turbine and Gearbox Complex Factory is one of the key projects in our city to implement the State Council's "Opinions on Promoting High-quality Development in Inner Mongolia and Striving to Write a New Chapter in the Chinese Path to Modernization" and to build the Damao Zero Carbon Industrial Park.

This project has further accelerated the extension, supplementation, and strengthening of the new energy equipment manufacturing industry chain, promoted the development process of the entire new energy industry chain in the city, and contributed to the construction of a "World Green Silicon Capital".
